Remember there was another development agreement was signed at the time of SEC filing. Things are in constant motion. If a better opportunity comes for shareholders and EPGL they are going to take it. This will prove to be better for shareholders than a significant reduction in shares. That didn't really benefit us immediately anyway. It improved our value, but not our open market value.
