I agree that the debts will be eventually be paid. After looking at the trading action and how long the debtors having been diluting it is obvious what is happening.

Most of these note holders are limited on how much they are dilute based on the o/s. Its looks like as the o/s is increasing after each dump based on the previous o/s.

Just like today. I am sure later today or tomorrow the selling will stop as they reach there limit. It might bump up a few ticks as the debt holders unload there converted shares, increasing the o/s once again. And the cycle will repeat once again. Just look at the chart its right there, high and higher volume on dump days.

You can just hope there is no more notes to convert.
