Don't know about the BIG pay off. Aren't there something like 500 million outstanding shares? What would you base the price of the company on if we have little sales to show for all the time and effort that Pete and his crew have put into this company. I thought that the rule of thumb was that a company sold for 2 to 3 times the gross sales of the company.

If my 500,000,000 share number is correct a sale of $5,000,000 would mean that we would get less than $.10 per share.
