I am frustrated too. They are the one who announced this retirement thing in the first place and now they dragged their feet. Action please.

But, gesture is good. Retirement of shares is a positive thing despite miniscule number, imho.

Actually, it's our fault to expect more. It's a PS company. We were expecting too much. Lesson learned.
