Sure and that is why it is so important to know if they ( mgt ) were (are able to keep) 34 percent of outstanding shareholders to vote yes...I just think there are way too many retail holders and they make up the majority IMO. Hence to get some to change their mind they must start turning PPS around or they are stuck
