Looks awfully shallow to me. "Maccabi TeleCare...Israel's leading healthcare HMO"??? Well, no, Clalit is the largest -- 52% of population -- and is actually the second largest in the world. And Maccabi:

"Maccabi Health Services offers care by private doctors. This means you can choose which Maccabi doctors to go to. You and the doctor decide which health tests you take, and you make final decisions regarding your health. You can also get an appointment with a Maccabi doctor more easily."

It also has only 25% of the population:

DRIO ignorant about its own country

Even ignoring that DRIO either LIED or else knows nothing about its own healthcare system, there was NO mention of any MONEY changing hands. In other words, all talk, no action.

To me it just looks like the usual smoke and mirrors companies peddle to confuse naive investors ahead of a secondary or PIPE of some sort.
