I agree. This is a kick in the knutz as there is no guarantee of ANY reduction. WTF? We waited almost 2 friggen months for this?? If the price starts to rise they won't retire doink. If it stays the same or falls there is no commitment to retire shares, just if they feel like it....I don't like it right now. Maybe I'll like it when the share price is $2.00/share. But right now it is a bit irritating.
They can stop the retirement at a y time, there is no formal Agreement , no written contract , they are just telling people to rope them in , " There is no formal Agreement signed between the parties and there is no obligation by the parties or the Company to continue the retirement of the shares if either party decides not to continue for any reason. "
