Hard question to answer as many times the ask gets stacked all the way down to this point and no end in sight

It depends how one interpret it. For a sell to occur there has to be a buyer for the same amount. So for the volume of 14mil it's just exchange of hands. It could be in the stronger hands or weak hands.

Probably none was dumped. Companies don't dump every single day that would be stupid and obvious and would quickly stifle demand.

They sell off a few huge blocks every week, then let the stock stabilize, then next week do it all over again.

Wish I knew more about convertibility and preferred stocks and how they effect the A/S and O/S or if they are not considered part of the A/S.

Does anyone know for sure about this stuff?

My question is, is preferred stock with convertibility into common shares, once those shares are converted into common shares do they become part of the A/S? and when they are sold, do they become part of our O/S?

If anyone can answer me correctly or can point me in the right direction of an answer, I would be most grateful. I'd say its worth a member mark for all you fiends out there.

Puttin up my flag, hoping someone helps.
