You didn't respond to my post of a few days ago about the reverse split/dilution. If they do a 10/1 reverse split and increase the available shares by 10x then nothing has changed, dilution-wise (apart from the 10M outstanding shares which were recently added).
The company is saying, as I understand it, that the reverse split will help the stock by making it more attractive to institutional investors. They are shareholders too and will lose money if the stock goes down in value. I am not aware of any other way in which they would gain from the reverse split and increase in available shares.
You are saying, if I understand it correctly, that from your experience reverse splits almost always decrease the value of a stock. Are you also saying, then, that the company is just stupid in not understanding that? Or are you saying that there is some other way in which they would benefit, even though the value of their shares would go down?
Perhaps I'm missing something - and I don't want to impugn your motives - but investors here need to be wary of people who want to scare them into selling their shares...
