8-K only says no more capital for website AND associated services. Only website is authorized terminated, so some associated services continuing...:

Doesn't say AXCG isn't going to be in business, or that it doesn't own some very nice IP and proven working technologies.

I agree its a game changer for all including CC, it's either a game of chicken or he feels he can come up with alternative financing @ discount controlled rate?
If he can't everyone lost, no one is selling here and no ones buying so mexican stand off.
