#BudGenius' "spear" has gotten teeny-tiny since Angel started running the show.

For those new to RIGH, there has always been some controversy regarding BudGenius' inception. This is documented in the website below and in many Ihub posts.

Angel subsequently (supposedly) sent a "cease and desist" letter which has since been scrubbed from the website and I can't find a copy.

Maybe someone on the board can help?.

So whether you believe John Montgomery's Intellectual Property (BudGenius) was taken from him or not, the fact remains that RIGH CEO "Angel" Stanz won that pissing contest and today controls the BudGenius website.

Undeniable fact.

It's also an undeniable fact that the "testing" business, whether in a RIGH lab or a "farmed-out" lab,has dropped off dramatically since that date.

Today there is only a trickle of tests, perhaps five a week on average.

The "spear" talked about is supposed to be the existing

Angel has effectively killed the business since the above exchange in April 2011, performing just over 1000 tests in almost 4 YEARS (44 months, to be exact).

Prior to the "Montgomery episode, BudGenius (WITH John Montgomery) had tested over 1500 strains in 8 MONTHS!

So with Montgomery, BudGenius performed 50% more tests in less than one-fifth the time.

There's no denying Angel has lost significant business since this period.

At this point BudGenius is doing "mom and pop" store numbers of maybe 5 tests a week. And in all likelihood with "buddy" dispensaries and tests "farmed out" if performed at all (JMO).

Not much of a "spear" to expand the business.
