Ask him how he's going to bring a nutritional supplement probiotic to the market without years of additional tests when it contains a novel live genetically engineeered bacteria which by definition cannot be GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe).
If he doesn't admit it will take many years and tens of millions of dollars to do this, then he is still lying to you.
