Bitzio, Inc. (OTCBB: BTZO) FULL REPORT

Bitzio, operating under the name Democratique, provided an update on Lexi-Luu Designs Inc. and Emotion Apparel Inc.’s expansion in the fashion market, both domestically and abroad.

Lexi Luu Designs children’s dancewear and Emotion Apparel’s women’s resort wear, both made in America, are now sold internationally. Through the business development efforts of Democratique management, both brands have achieved orders from retailers and e-retailers in international markets such as Australia and Turks and Caicos. Management continues to pursue additional markets overseas as part of the brands’ expansion initiatives.

Furthering their expansion domestically, Emotion Apparel recently contracted with Sheila Smith of Lit Studios. With 20 plus years in the fashion industry, Ms. Smith is leading Emotion Apparel’s expansion in the Western regions including Hawaii, Utah, Denver and more. With the addition of Lit Studios on board, the brand is positioned to reach a whole new customer base and increased market space.

Emotion’s East coast rep, Olivia Elortegui, continues to represent the brand from her expanded operation SOS Showroom. “Emotion is a timeless, feel good brand. The tie dye color combinations are vibrant and tasteful, bringing an air of positivity to everyone who has the pleasure of slipping into any one of the dresses, tops, skirts or pants that the line offers. Not only is the line the perfect complement to any tropical vacation, or Sunday Brunch, styles like the cut out shoulder top and palazzo pant add an extra level of comfort to a person’s every day routine,” commented Olivia Elortegui, SOS showroom representative.

On the e-commerce front, both brands continue their successful partnership with Zulily.com (NASDAQ: ZU). Furthering the brand’s ecommerce presence, Emotion Apparel is now sold on several online platforms, including Amazon and Theorem. Placement on these platforms continues to strengthen the brand’s emergence in the online fashion market as well as provide purchasing opportunities to customers from all corners of the country.
