They don't have to do a r/s they will probably wait and see what happens to the pps after news. If it's not appealing to big investors they will r/s or try other plans. You are right there are many penny stocks with a decent pps and they have this many shares. So not impossible at all to see 0.01 or at least 0.001ish. And a buy back is possible but not likely with a sub penny stock IMO.
We all just have to wait and see. News coming soon....IMHO
