Your theory is a bit flawed bro. I don't think they would leave the O/S short 400 mil (Auth. 800 mil) if their intent was to dilute more after the R/S. After reading that 8k a little closer, the R/S is for a specific intent and it's not to dilute the float. Apparently they know exactly what Asher is doing based on the specific numbers called out in that 8k. That fact is a positive for me. My only question is, is Asher done?
