After slugging through all this and figuring the share swap and settlement we have a problem Houston. HALB just doesn't have that many shares left. From what is posted on OTC markets and that is not current HALB would be about 200M shy of meeting the share swap give or take a few million.
Next, I understand that the shares will be unrestricted that are issued to SCI which amounts to 19,438,077 shares. What about the share swap among the companies? Turn to page 20 and digest the paragraph just above section E. ID global is already sitting on 25M HALB shares. Raises more questions.
Could there be a connection between Ryan Goulding and Robyn Goulding? Just curious because Ryan signed off on MPT's LLC on 11-25-2014 and I have noted that Robyn Goulding is the SCI assignee per the stock swap agreement. Food for thought.
