Here's the problem with that theory.....

When you are the licensor you are also the "parent" company and can be held LIABLE for the license fraud.

And the past matters.

They are being sued currently.

They settled a previous lawsuit.

They lost TWO licensors already.

They lied on a 10k stating under "current legal proceedings" - NONE.

UA would have to be blind to deal with this company and take on that risk.

Then there is the NO PRODUCT, NO REVENUES, MAJOR DEBT, INSANE SALARIES, BLOATED SS, FALSE PRESS, MISLEADING PRESS, FAILURE TO RECANT, BLATANT LIES, etc etc.

There isn't a chance that UA will do anything past let them present.

This beverage isn't proprietary and UA can bottle water, juice, sports drinks, etc under their own name and the mixology would only take $10,000 or so paid to a college chemist grad. OR just 5 minutes going online and purchasing a solid already existent formula.
