Has anyone filed a formal complaint with the SEC yet?

I don't know of any - although there is enough material to get the attention of the SEC - but they will look at all of the companies involved with Richard Weed - and who know knows I-Glow might have to work his magic.

The SEC can take months after a complaint is filed for a suspension - or it can happen very quickly - it depends on how egregious the violations are and how detailed the report that has been filed is - some are very detailed.

As for the Rico Suave energy drink lawsuits - I posted that because there have been a fair number filed in the last year.

But, GRCU is pretty much suit proof because they don't have any assets.

So the SEC won't shut down GRCU because they are legit and complaints have fallen on deft ears

The next move is to start up talk about lawsuits against Rico product
