i was offered a 90 minute show. they wanted me to write/produce/direct/host 4 ninety minute shows in two days.

i would only have one other staff member. the queer edge had a staff of 7....not 80 as someone reported here. there were 80 unpaid employees at q.......only 7 from queer edge.

oh yeah...there was one caveat to the offer.....it was only effective if they could come up with the money to do it....and they would not pay off the queer edge staff.

i had other offers pending so i opted to go for them.

i would have loved to have done a 90 minute saturday night show. it would have been crazy and fun. as talented as my producer is .........just the two of us could not have pulled it off. booking guests would have been next to impossible at this stage of the game.
