1. Nothing has changed since last release:
Meaning no progress has been made, so they are where they were before, running hard but not moving forward
2. Genesis has other deals to work on:
REALLY? when they are finished they will get to LBSR's, well that could be forever, if that's what they do as a business, there will always be deals to work on, it could be 6 months, 1 year or 2 who knows? for sure LBSR doesn't
If you were closing on a mortgage with a bank and called them to ask when was yours going to be finished, and they said WELL WE ARE WORKING ON OTHERS, AND WHEN FINISHED WE WILL DO YOURS, YOU WOULD BE OUTRAGED, UPSET AND PROBABLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF THEY COULD NOT GIVE YOU A FIRM TIME TABLE FOR COMPLETION, BUT HERE THAT'S OK, RIGHT?
3. As for a R/S, don't think anyone categorically stated THERE WILL BE A R/S at least NOT ME, merely the history shows when a small PENNY STOCK mining company BLOWS OUT ITS SHARE STRUCTURE the likelyhood of a R/S becomes more and more likely not GUARANTEED
Resend the email and ask could the company guarantee shareholders there will not be a R/S, won't do it, because they can't, would be stupid,and how come only 1 outcome for LBSR can be discussed, life is full of possible outcomes, mine can be true just as well as yours, we all merely take the PAST + the PRESENT and try to guess the FUTURE ,SO IF YOU TAKE PAST FAILURES + PRESENT FAILURES, WHAT IS THE MOST LIKELY OUTCOME FOR THE FUTURE? I WILL EVERYONE ELSE GUESS
And just add to that I HATE THE TASTE OF LIVER, but if I was desperate enough I would eat it to survive, just as LBSR would R/S if they had to, to survive, SO WHAT JB HATES IS IRRELEVANT
