I may have disagree on one point. There may be a story here. If today doesn't turn into a "sell the news" kind of day then there may be some credence to the possibility that a lot of people are unaware of TRTC. Perhaps some things are not currently built into the pps as previously believed. Many may not have been educated on the fact that trtc received sec approval on the s1's etc. Only time will tell, but it is a possibility. The jury is still out.
