He acknowledges the organic growth, but differentiates between growth by acquisition and organic growth.

December 9, 2014:

“SunPower is a premier solar manufacturer and we are thrilled that our relationship has resulted in this designation for our company,” said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. “As Solar3D continues to grow organically and via acquisition, we consider this form of strategic partnership to be instrumental in reaching new customers. This relationship, along with other industry partnerships, is one of many reasons why we believe Solar3D and its network of companies, including SUNworks and MD Energy, will continue to expand significantly in 2015 and beyond.”

Feb 2, 2014:

”The opportunity represented by SUNworks allows us to immediately participate in the fastest growing segment of the solar industry, while building a growing base of potential customers for our proprietary Solar3D Cell,” said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. “We are confident, based on all of our internal data and market analysis, that we will have very strong organic growth in 2014. Further, the SUNworks acquisition strengthens our management team, which will allow us to explore additional acquisitions. We intend to turn the solar systems part of our company into one of the fastest growing players in the industry.

In today's news letter, he is referring to the Referral program of Solar 2.0, which relates only to SUNworks selling solar systems, not acquiring a company. Therefore he is only going to refer to the organic growth.

ha, i did pick up on that.

to be far, JN did correctly call it growth by acquisition in that waste of a PR on 1/13.

best PR still goes to that year end memo when he called SLTD a small cap stock. change the stock price all you want, a $60 million market cap remains the same...
