Great points Ben. I totally agree.I have also heard pending litigation in these maters, specifically with the issuing of Series E preferred shares. Can't believe they issued 4.8m series e converting to over 4 billion shares of common shares for the identity theft cards. Since I doubt FIRNA etc would allow the authorization of this much common stock it boggles my mind how the preferred could even been issued.
