Few companies "ESCORT OUT" employees for "lewd behavior", then bring them back with a promotion.

If those two were still around, that must have been during the Olsen regime. For all we know, Hagan could have seen that POS Olsen, told him to F-off, and was escorted out. Under those circumstance, any "lewd" behavior may have been justified. :)
