Eh etrade does. Many traders use etrade. My point was meaningless I know.

Seems to me these otc companies have only a couple gauranteed winners....

Brokers who charge fees on everything and then hit ya when Your down and charge ya another fee on a RS.

AND

The CEOs of these scams.

All a big mess imo.
