I would consider this fluff if it hit the news wire. However, I think this was only a communication to investors. You would have to sign up for the newsletter to get this update. I don't think SLTD deem this news.

Apex did not become Vivint by selling a product and offering poor service... The company grew organically by ensuring that as soon as Honeywell offered new technology, or service, they were using the same or better technology or service.
