News out this morning... Much of it sounds pretty decent but most folks know you can talk about upgrading to the NASDAQ all you want to but until you meet the minimum requirements for PPS, I think it's around $3.00, it ain't gonna happen...
So, is there an RS on the horizon??? The CEO said he owns most of the stock and implied he purchased a bunch, with some warrants, at $1.00 per share... Debt has been decreased quite a bit with debt resolution and better financing of debt on the horizon, he says... Which I'm inclined to believe, but...with only 3,500 employees, full time and contract, worldwide... That bothers me. I'm looking to take a position here but the lack of more 'global' employees coupled with even the slightest hint of a possible RS...I dunno...
Somebody want to change my mind???
