Bob, I started taking 1/2 lemon in water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach in mid December. Being a Type 2 diabetic I check my blood sugar reading daily. The improvement since then is fantastic. I feel it will lower my cholesterol as well, have that tested next week. A good pH level is supposed to prevent cancer as well.
