Why is this F10 so important anyway?

In 2005, 5 years before HHSE took over this stock symbol in December 2009 (TDGI at that time), the previous stock owner filed a 15-12G, notifying the SEC the company was filing a Termination of Registration and would no longer be filing required documents with the SEC. The stock effectively became SEC Non-Compliant. The stock was lowered from the OTC Stock Exchange to Pink Sheets Exchange.
