Officers received 50 million shares each at a PPS of .0015 which vest quarterly over 2 years.

Lexi Luu got 300 million shares and Emotion got 350 million shares out of their share exchange. No shares that I saw for CLEO VII. 200 million went to ex CEO and affiliate with the Lexi deal not sure the status of those shares but I think either way we got a decent float here.
