By the looks of Ecos financials.. being in HD they lose money...but they are there for the press releases...hence why there are 10,000,000,000 shares issued...that's 10 billion...you would think a company in HD wouldn't have so much dilution ! imagine owning shares in Eco when there are ten billion issued...and billions sub penny...good luck selling any...but you can buy all you want from the toxic lenders.
