You have to admit that Gerald "spins a good tale".

I recall that Gerald stated last August that the company had filed a total of six applications for various sources of grant funding and would continue to file in the future. One has to wonder that with the talented management group on board and the extensive pipeline why the company hasn't received a single grant in over a year.

In any event let's hope that substantive news that will double or triple the share price is just around the corner.

p.s. I'm still expecting the share price to be above .15 by April 1. Just a hunch!!!

Gerald could have used entire 23 mil of available funding and close all the deals and issue 500-700 mil shares but he is reluctant to do so why? Because he know that if Lympro IUO revenues in place he has better leverage and can negotiate better financing terms with them i.e lesser interest rates and it means minimal dilution and at the same time grow company. AMBS in current state won't be able to get better financing deals as they are not producing any revenues and they won't be able to get any credit financing based on assets that donot produce revenues so I think it is better to wait until all things fall in place.

If Gerald use 23 mil financing now it will be toxic as it has higher interest rates of 12% and it is going to be death spiral and that is the reason Gerald is cautious in doing them now. It is quite possible that Gerald has already spoken to few investors and they are willing to give him better financing deals based on certain conditions such as Lympro launch in IUO or better Lympro data so he is waiting on that.

There is no doubt they will need lots of $ going forward in coming months.
