If you reread the Viropro letter regarding the Bank taking over the property by Cohen, you will find the wording "Viropro was acting on behalf of Aipha". Alpha was defined as a totally owned subsidiary of Viropro. I think his means Alpha was bought and paid for by Viropro. Well maybe not!
