Gees how can you not see that SEC ref to RCC HOLDINGS INC whether right or wrong is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT in regard to the RCC Consultant discussion. The RCC HOLDINGs INC that owns RCC CONSULTANTS is not the RCC that the SEC was referring to. SIMPLE and CLEAR.
