Off hand I don't know exact market cap. A guess would be holding 25 million for 6 months, being totally current with all SEC filings (which we are).

you can look up requirements on Google. TSX won't be as stringent as NYSE.

But I do know TSX venture would allow any canadian pot company direct entry if they acquired a license from health Canada.
