AIM was suggesting another sale, but my upper cash limit for VNQ is 30% with the settings I have and that's where the cash is currently. So, I bumped up the Portf. Control value by half the suggested sale amount. That got the alarm to shut off.

I last sold some at about $80, so it's up another 10% since then.

Hi Adam, I know what you mean; the spreadsheet is more transparent. Once in a while, I use AI for backtesting.
