the SEC clearly stated that there was very little naked shorting of SPNG as of December 2009




Whether the above are representative examples or not, the SEC knows full well how SpongeTech shareholders were harmed not only by the sale of unregistered shares, but by the naked shorting of shares clearly exhibited in the Electronic Blue Sheets.

once again Jay such a privelage to read all the work that u have spelled out for the JUDGE to right the wrongs done here in SPNG. Thanks again. The feds never had any idea that there would be a few folks that would be fighting for this case..
