Releasing them at the meeting and not making

them public will lead to an immediate removal from trading.

Reid can probably get away with it, as long as he or an affiliate doesn't try to sell shares. A non-filer can pull such a stunt, and get away with it.

When did Reid claim to have audited financials ready? Oh yeah, back in Jun 2014 during the Form 10 fiasco. So 9 months later all the SHs just know they will be released at a SH Party. Even though there was nothing to prevent him from releasing them the past 9 months. Reid gets a PASS again. He'll claim at the Party they are being updated, and will be released "soon". Then he'll get another PASS.

KMA Global Solutions International Inc. KMA Global received these additional details this morning: The Gramercy Room at the Sheraton Times Square Hotel will be available to KMA Global and its shareholders from 12:00 noon until 3:00 PM Friday the 27th of February. KMA's room discounts won't be recognized in the Sheraton's computer system till Tuesday morning, the 27th of January. We have been asked by several investors to consider renting a smaller meeting room at the Sheraton after the completion of the AGM to host a get together to celebrate the details of the shareholder meeting. We are complying with that request. More in depth details about the AGM timeline and the get together celebration afterwards will be detailed in the next Friday update.
