From what I've seen, if you spend the time to review everything available, you will take too much time to get your buy orders placed, and will miss the boat. Plus, you still will get hit by reverse splits because corporations will deliberately hide what it coming until it is too late. I've even seen retroactive dates on reverse splits. That is likely harder (and perhaps impossible) to pull off now that FINRA has to approve all reverse splits of OTC stocks.
