The only record he put out in the last 15 years he didn't have the rights to. If they reverse the stock 1 for 1000 and have over $2 mil in debt, wouldn't it go right back to zero when less than $500,000 converts? All of the investors have a lookback. That killed the stock the last time, didn't it?
I think Michery is a pathological liar. Coda Cars says right on its website that Michery hasn't paid them a dime yet claims to own the company.
