Well in fairness I agree with mandjb to a certain extent, and maybe i was too over the top about exing out one so called storm. But in what reports this wasn't gonna be just a regular bad storm it was suppose to be historic. Historic storms like sandy I do ex out, or historic cold like I've been alive for 34 years I never remember it colder then last winter in the area, it is truely that simple. a storm here and there you can't ex out, it is part of the business I agree with that. I'm just saying we can't take those earnings and not adjust them if your dealing with something that may happen once every 50 years or 100 years. Those are the things I ex out. I want to be clear.
as for florida until recently it was normal they got hit with a hurricane, it is not normal for NYC to get one, you might not see another storm like sandy in the next 50 years, and you may not see it get as cold as last winter in the last 50 years. These are thing I believe in exing out. You may thing that is wrong, but I think that is fair in my opinion.
