Lets assume she is being 100% truthful. And that she deleted them in the course of business, I believe she said after the email was forwarded to other parties or the relevant attachments had been downloaded. I still don't think that passes compliance, as it was her fiduciary duty to retain all records affiliated with Viropro business.
