Please don't compare MIN@ to this company. MIN@ actually does what is in their PR's and is no longer issuing notes. They also don't have 10 billion shares. Not even close sorry.
The one thing you continually dismiss, is by FAR the most important and concerning... The share structure. What's your opinion on how they will get the A/S down? You can have 3x MIN$ volume and it won't move with over 5 billion in the O/S. And yes, don't ever compare this turd with that beauty... Management there is world class, AVEW's is classLESS.
