the first trails were done with FDA agreement in procedure and end points....
lo and behold the FDA denied it.

At that point,they agreed to the parameters but it appears they wanted additional assurances that approving Probuphine wouldn't come back to haunt them....

In retrospect,this is understandable.

All were met, the advisory committee recommended approval,

If you check, it wasn't a unanimous decision and many of the issues from those who refrained to vote were taken up during the FDA,Braeburn and Titan meeting respectively.

So I will believe it when I see it.

I see your point of view and go on the record by stating this:

I believe Probuphines chances this time around (in the event current trial results are positive) will be exponentially greater.

We only become privy to pieces of the meeting between the three entities....

It had to be quite thorough and didn't take minutes but hours to be concluded.
