Top notch DD sir! Thanks.

Anybody ever give the thought that Kevin pissed off Lee during the China trip? When I take employees with me on business trips, I usually see another side of them. Perhaps Lee didn't like the way Kevin conducted himself, and has been looking for Tracie since they returned. Thought to ponder.

Didn't Lee come back at a different time then Kevin? Pissed him off so he left them there??? lol

Good point...now we can see why there are such delays....

This flies in the face when we were given artificial time lines. It would have been better if Lee stated that there would be these types of delays and not to hold our breath waiting for the completion of the deal. It will happen when it happen and explain the these types of delays could be as much as two years or so. Now that we see what the true nature of the delays, it appears that Lee was trying to get ahold of his bragging rights which is totally understandable. Good job Lee!

All is forgiven.

Good stuff garronsc! There are so many moving parts in this deal for AMMX. Getting it all right and signed without any further changes would be huge. Very good DD

The same can be said of the cost of credit which was 2.2
percent higher for SMEs than for large enterprises. Access to traditional bank financing (loans
and overdraft facilities) is mainly determined by the size of the enterprise, availability of
audited financial statements, and whether or not the firm is in the import business.

- I wonder if this part has anything to do with Kevin's dismissal??? Couldn't get the finances in line quick enough???

WOw, my head is still spinning. I'm physically extremely tired, insomnia, thought process clouded too. Seems to be real good finds there. I noticed something in what you posted with respect to the private sector companies and this might be off base, but, I got the impression that the private companies needed help to get their records etc in order. I might be projecting a prejudicial assumption here that Niger is not the most developed of countries and that perhaps there is a degree of professionalism and lack of standards in the private sector companies that "we" take for granted. Adding to the difficulty of generating the information needed in the loan application process.
