We agree regarding a reduced salary. IMO she should offer this up herself as a good faith arrangement stipulating (in rudimentary terms for purposes of this post) that upon achieving an appropriate revenue milestone the withheld pay will be reinstated, and that back pay will be reimbursed at a rate which does not adversely affect revenues from their new level.
