When there is very little retail interest in ELTP the MMs will move the PPS up some to sell out and then let the PPS go lower and reload.

I understand. As every day passes there is greater chance of news and I realize the gamble. That said there are as many if not more indicators pointing to upside as downside. That ADX is extraordinarily stretched judging by its history!
