Vinny's recent communications suggest he had no intention to giving in or giving up. He in fact wanted to take back much of what he'd given up. Apparently he thought he had the upper hand.
But somehow he didn't. Whatever Marsala has shut him up and made him back off. Can't wait to find out what that is. Vinny may have stopped Marsala from making it public in the near future, but this filling will be read by the SEC and the DOJ, and they'll want to know more.
