Given the increase in the "merger" talk I am beginning to believe that is the next phase in the "Keep Hope Alive" tour. A "May to Remember" (2014) has turned into "March Madness" (2015).

Merger talk can keep hope afloat on a penny stock for quite awhile before reality comes creeping back.

The OTC is littered with such failed promises...
