This is a two way gamble. If he just tires to restart something in a while after a R/S.... yeah perhaps you will get a chance way down the line to get some back. IF... he files for BK, it sucks to be us.

I have still not made any headway getting totally out. Still stuck with about 1/3 of my shares.
